This is one of the most magical properties we have found in 25 years. An old apple tree grove surrounded by mountains with numerous excellent hiking trails.
From here you have a breathtaking view of the sea, where a babbling brook ends as a waterfall on a private sandy beach. The perfect shower after a dip in the sea. The unspoiled tranquillity will help you experience life with open eyes and renewed energy. It's back to the roots. Everything you need is here: A garden for your vegetables with numerous raspberry bushes, a stream that flows through the middle of the property provides you with clear mountain water that the locals in the area also take with them in water containers.
Three Tiny Houses were set up here over six years and successfully rented out. Two of them are connected to the electricity grid and one further up is solar-powered.

This beach, which is only shared by a few families in summer, is bordered by cliffs on both sides and cannot be accessed in any other way than via the path through the property.
