Living Small in a Tiny House is Really About Living Big
Tiny houses are no longer just for hipsters and millennials. With Americans and Canadians interested in downsizing their belongings and living more efficiently, the tiny house movement has become mainstream and is inspiring people of all ages. The "Tiny Heaven" stood for 6 years on one of the most magical pieces of land we have found in the many years we have traveled the world in our boat. This property is also for sale here... It is an old apple orchard surrounded by mountains. Towards the northeast you have a view of the sea, where a babbling brook ends as a waterfall on a private sandy beach. The perfect shower after a dip in the sea. And its unspoiled tranquillity will help you experience life with open eyes and renewed energy. It's back to basics. Everything you need is here: the stream provides you with clear mountain water for your unique, original wine barrel shower; a propane stove for cooking; a sofa overlooking an incredible view that opens into a single bed; and a loft with a comfortable king-size bed.

In 2014, this tiny house was voted one of the 17 coolest AirBnB listings in Canada. Read here…

Reduction makes us happy.
This is the way of living we practiced for many years on the ocean in our sailboat. It has finally reached maturity in a new vision, on land. We want to share the vision, in a world of "too much", of wastefulness and of restlessness.
Positive reviews proof that people appreciate this experience. Read here…

Happiness can be found in the smallest cabin, sometimes more easily than in a big villa, because happiness is more about “being“ than about owning something.

The idea of living in a tiny house in the middle of nowhere, in a paradise, is even more: it is a way to be free and independent, gifted by mother nature with all the basics you need for happiness: solar power, water and warmth. A so called tiny house is built like a solid well insulated big house, but it needs only a small portion of the energy of a big house, thanks to high tech appliances and small rooms.
Nothing is wasted, even the compost generated by the toilet can be used for gardening.

„Use all your senses in an environment like this.
There is so much to inspire you about live, just being out there.
As long as there are places like this where I can paddle,
drink the water, catch the fish, breath the air
and listen to the birds in the surrounding mountains,
as long as places like this still exist, there is still hope for me
to continue on with what I do.
If we can inspire more people to come to places like this
and feel same things we feel, there is hope that it´s not lost yet.“
